From words to actions - shedding light on the S.H.I.F.T. towards meaningful inclusion in Europe
This webinar will focus on triggering meaningful inclusion of persons with disabilities, their families and their carers. It will take place 11th May from 14.00-16.15 CET with the COFACE Disability platform, COFACE members, partners and friends, aiming to unlock the potential of the COFACE S.H.I.F.T. guide. The guide is composed of 5 objectives, 15 tools, and 45 actions in the areas of Support, Human rights, Independence, Families and society Transition to achieve meaningful inclusion of persons with disabilities and their families. On this occasion COFACE will also launch a European collection of existing S.H.I.F.T. good practices. Join us to learn more about S.H.I.F.T., hear reactions from key stakeholders, and help promote a whole society approach to inclusion of persons with disabilities, their families and their carers.
