Paths to explore in future years

3 – Set up an employment grant for the interns for the attention of the Human Resources Directors (for temporary staff, staff recruited for short-term or possibly permanent jobs at the switchboard, for example).

4 – Use of the association’s premises for handicap awareness sessions by our HR staff

5 – Propose to the CFRP the skills of the non-management co-ordination team to better tailor their training programmes to the needs of the companies.
