Composition
The Board is elected to serve between two general assemblies. It consists of the President, First and Second Vice-Presidents, Secretary General, Treasurer and 8 Members.
Powers
The Board carries into effect the general policies and working objectives of EBU and prepares a Plan of Action to that effect. It appoints commissions and committees as it deems necessary to assist in meeting the targets set in its Plan of Action.
