Composition
The Board is elected to serve between two general assemblies. It consists of the President, First and Second Vice-Presidents, Secretary General, Treasurer and 8 Members.
Powers
The Board carries into effect the general policies and working objectives of EBU and prepares a Plan of Action to that effect. It appoints commissions and committees and any other bodies as it deems necessary to assist in meeting the targets set in its Plan of Action.
