Spain
Organización Nacional de Ciegos de Espana (ONCE)

ONCE is co-operating with all Latin American countries as well as some countries in Africa, Eastern Europe, and Portugal.
The work in Latin America started in 1985.
The projects are all type projects with NGOs and local governments.
ONCE mainly funds their projects through own funds.
In addition, ONCE co-operates with Sight Savers International on prevention of blindness in Latin American and Caribbean countries and with CBM on Low Vision Programmes in Uruguay, Argentina, and Chile.
