Job Description

Joe works full time as an assistant for the laundry of a hotel. He takes the laundry out of the huge driers, folds the sheets and answers the phone. He works from Wednesday to Sunday. His colleagues appreciate his friendliness and strength to carry the heavy pile of laundry.

Getting the job

 He was unemployed for 3 years when the hotel hired him.

Adjustments

The employer bought a machine that holds one side of the sheets with clips and thus allows the folding of huge sheets alone. It is a machine for sighted people, but it equally works for him.
