Job Description

Francis is a physical therapist and teaches students in this career. He constantly shares knowledge and experiences with other colleagues to become better. He has published various books about blindness being a different way to look at things at a technical, relational and ethical level.

Getting the job

 When he graduated, he found work in a practice and at the same time in a rehabilitation centre. That way, he learned to work independently and in a team.

Adjustments

He examines patients by hearing, touching and feeling of their movements. This allows a correct diagnosis and adequate treatment. His colleagues sometimes use the “tricks” he has developed to compensate his blindness.
