Job Description

Xavier works in the department for professional reorientation of the ministry of work. He advises candidates, works together with doctors to assure the recognition of disability for adaptation of workplaces and maintains relations with politicians, companies, social workers, etc.

Getting the job

 He first worked developing x-ray rolls, then changed to phone operator and then worked part-time at the ministry of work while studying to become work supervisor in the professional reorientation department

Adjustments

Xavier uses a PC with Braille and speech output. For external communication, he gives the documents to his secretary and she prints them out. He also uses the CD Poseidon “Work law” which, however, is not totally accessible yet
