Montenegro and the Marrakesh Treaty

The Government of Montenegro reviewed and adopted the Information on the Accession of Montenegro to the Marrakesh Treaty to facilitate access to published works for persons who are visually impaired or otherwise print disabled at the Government session held on January 16, 2020.

The First Blind Government Plenipotentiary for Disabled People in Poland

On 7 January, 2020 Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki appointed Paweł Wdówik, as a Government Plenipotentiary for Disabled People.

News from EDF - Apply: European Disability Forum and Oracle e-Accessibility Scholarship 2019-2020

EDF and Oracle have launched the fourth edition of their scholarship for students with disabilities studying in the field of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, User Experience, or related fields enrolled at a EU university for the academic year 2019-2020.

Two members of the Design for All Foundation receive the Gold Award at the 2019 IAUD International Design Awards in Japan

A large number of participants from around the world attended the 2019 IAUD Awards. From all of them, a jury consisting in internationally recognized professionals selected 3 Grand Awards, 10 Gold Awards, 8 Silver Awards and 14 Bronze Awards.
