Answer Technical devices provision, smaller specialised schools, parallel existence of the specialised and the mainstreaming schools and the possibility of the students to move between them. Education of the blind initiated in the specials schools in order to have specific skills, serious assessment before the mainstreaming, mainstreaming after the primary or compulsory school, and training of the mainstream teachers working with blind.  End answer
