It’s very difficult to make generalizations … But the truth is that
there are teachers who aren’t qualified enough to have a pupil with visual
impairment. This is happening mainly at mainstream schools when having an
integrated student.

Other (please, specify)Technical aids are obtained on individual basis; mainly with the support of the labour and social affairs offices, which is providing the state budget (financial support). Afterwards they’re utilized at – home, school or work.

On the basis of the Social Aid Act a financial support is received. The
percentage of financial benefit is depending on several factors E.G. the
income of the person with visual impairment. Everybody having some kind of
visual impairment (regardless if they’re men or women) has to go through an
assessing process and just after, the specific financial support is approved
