The conference will be organised in two sessions:

The first session will focus on the main findings of the ESDE 2025 report, discussing how to unlock the potential of people that are underrepresented in the labour market;

The second session will highlight the key insights from the LMWD 2025 report, on how to promote quality jobs, including fair wages, and a competitive economy.
The panel discussions will provide an opportunity for international experts and representatives of various stakeholders, ranging from EU and national institutions, to social partners, civil society organisations and academia, to exchange views on these crucial questions.
