The European Blind Union will organise two complementary webinars on European Standardisation on 1st and 8th June 2026, to raise the awareness of our network of member organisations about the role of European accessibility standards, and to build their capacity to engage at national level about these standards.
European standards shape many of the accessibility requirements behind the products and services people use every day. They also give our organisations a concrete tool for advocacy at national level.
Each webinar will last about an hour and a half and they will both be conducted via Zoom. See the agendas below.

First session: European Standards, a Key Tool to Promote Accessibility (June 1st, 10:00 CEST)
