It’s good and annual practice that EBU undertakes an external evaluation of its work and functioning. Also in 2021, the external evaluator, Dominique Danau, guided EBU through that external look at what we did, what we achieved and how we worked. Many of you took the time to contribute your views to that important learning process to constantly improve EBU, and I would like to thank you for your precious input! Important recommendations result from that assessment, which you can read in the full evaluation report. The EBU leadership will take a close look at the improvements suggested by the evaluator and integrate them in the actions moving forward.
