Vision Ireland, , with the support of the National Transport Authority (NTA), is delighted to announce the opening date of April 2024 for its highly anticipated Wayfinding Centre at Botanic Road, Glasnevin, Dublin 9. Repurposing 31,000 sq. ft of the former Smurfit Kappa Ireland Printworks, the Wayfinding Centre is an innovative, multi-functional space which will be driven by the need to make transport accessible for everyone.
The centre is home to various modes of transport including a LUAS carriage, a DART carriage, a Bus Éireann coach, a double-decker bus and the body of an Airbus A319, as well as a street scape replicating the built environment surrounding public transportation.
